British Car Auctions (BCA) is offering a unique opportunity to purchase the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti F1A formerly owned from new by Chelsea and England soccer star Joe Cole.
The car will be sold in the Top Car sale at BCA Nottingham, which commences at 10.00 am on Thursday, 19 February.
Cole bought the car in 2004 a year after he joined 'Roman's Revolution' at Stamford Bridge. With a list price of £212,000, it is finished in metallic Nero Daytona Black with sand leather interior with options including 19-inch alloys, Sat Nav, F1 Paddle Shift gearbox, heated memory seats, red brake callipers and ceramic wing shields.
Powered by a 540bhp 5.7 litre V12 petrol engine, the 612 Scaglietti will cover the sprint from 0-60 mph in 4.2 seconds and reach a top speed 199 mph.
The car comes with a full service history from Ferrari concessionaires Maranello at six-, ten- and twenty-thousand miles and has a warranted mileage of 27,500. It is expected to realise in excess of £60,000.
